'SAMANA Developers' begins handover of Dh75 million greens project
SAMANA Developers has begun handover of first keys to tenants at Dh75 million SAMANA Greens residential project at Arjan, near iconic Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flowers garden in Arjan, Dubailand District. SAMANA was awarded the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) last month by Dubai Development Authority.

International property buyers may have lost interest in Dubai amid the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, but Imran Farooq, CEO of Dubai-based SAMANA Developers, expects them to return in 2021. In an interview with Zawya, he said that 60-65 percent of SAMANA’s clients were international buyers in 2019, “but that ratio changed completely in 2020, with residents constituting 85 percent of the buyers.”
Worst is over for Dubai real estate market
Imran Farooq, chief executive of SAMANA Developers, said has a strong belief in Dubai property market as he planned three new residential projects in the emirate. “We have increased the headcount by 55 per cent for 2021 to double up the sales revenue after registering record sales last year,” Farooq told Khaleej Times on Saturday. He said Dubai is the investor hot-spot with a positive outlook while its real estate sector has performed well and is capable of fighting with a major pandemic.
Covid-19 vaccine, Expo 2020 to drive recovery in UAE property sector

The city has launched a massive Covid-19 vaccine drive to protect the 9.89 million population. Converting the empty hotel apartments into quarantine centres was an innovative idea and helped reduce the spread of the coronavirus."

Speaking about the milestone, chief executive officer of SAMANA Developers, Imran Farooq, said: “As Dubai’s real estate market matures further, with tighter regulations and transparency, property buyers are looking for the timely delivery of the project as well as the quality finishing. We felt it was our obligation to construct the project before we ask buyers to put their money into the property.

SAMANA Developers “on-track” for project deliveries despite lockdown
Dubai-based real estate firm SAMANA Developers has pledged that its SAMANA Hills and SAMANA Greens projects are on-track to delivered amid the COVID-19 challenges. Elaborating on its construction progress at the two projects, SAMANA Developers revealed that its $27.2m (AED 100m) SAMANA Hills development has reached 50% structural completion and will be scheduled ahead of time to co-incide with the launch of the new Expo 2020 Dubai date on 1 October 2021. The ground-breaking of the SAMANA Hills project took place in September 2019, which will comprise 205 apartments including a range of studios and one-bedroom apartments. SAMANA Greens has reached 93% construction completion and is scheduled for delivery in October 2020.
